TOKYO (Thomson Financial) - Japan's biggest cellphone carrier NTT DoCoMo Inc and ADSL Internet service provider Acca Networks Co Ltd said Thursday they plan to invest about 200 billion yen in broadband services by 2015 if they are successful in acquiring a WiMAX wireless license.
