ROUND POND, Maine - This town has seen some over-the-top floats and participants in its annual Fourth of July parade, such someone dressed as Martha Stewart making license plates and a Cadillac that was driven the entire mile parade route backward. But this year Ellen Peterson and Kyle Westhaven outdid everyone.
