Spanish Government Minister of Foreign Affairs Miguel Ángel Moratinos Wednesday restated the Spanish government's "concern" about Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez' decision not to renew the broadcast license for Caracas-based private television station RCTV, and claimed the Spanish government has made every possible effort to get Venezuelan authorities to reconsider their move.
