SUN Sports and Entertainment (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Sports Radio Event Network, Inc. ("Sports Radio"), a private Nevada Corporation that provides in-stadium event broadcast services via radio broadcast to clients such as collegiate and professional sports leagues.
