For the hundreds of people who filed into Elfstrom Stadium here by 6 a.m. Wednesday, there were plenty of reasons to set their alarm clocks for the wee morning hour. Early-rising Geneva schoolteacher Diane Venneri needed no better excuse to wake up her bleary-eyed 8- and 11-year-old children at 5:15 than a live morning broadcast from her favorite radio station, WTMX 101.9 FM, known as The Mix.
