(NASDAQ: ALVR) with its headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel, President & CEO Tzvika Friedman ("Alvarion") have agreed to develop Broadband Mobile Wireless Access System using Mobile WiMAX technology jointly in Japan and overseas market.
