Abu Dhabi, UAE, August 20, 2007: The venture capital arm of the Abu Dhabi Group has acquired a 50% stake in Arvato Middle East Sales (AMES), the regional affiliate of Germany's Bertelsmann Arvato Mobile Middle East Group.
