WASHINGTON (BP)--The U.S. Supreme Court announced March 17 it will review a lower court's ruling that had stymied the federal government's attempt to restrict indecent language on television and radio broadcasts.

Why is it up too the fcc to take off certain tv news at a local town. We watched channel 10 all the time.
and u say we do not need it" How rude. Channel 10 is the only weather station u can go by. And news is on top also. School closing. Come on now you guys get real go out in the world and see for your selves not seat behind a desk and say pull this plug. I have had enough of this cable time to find something else.
